Pham Thanh Truc graduated with a bachelor degree in law from the HCMC University of Law during the period from 2017 to 2021. While in University of Law, she proactively participated in many school-level competitions at academic clubs to hone the skills needed as a professional lawyer.
With her outstanding efforts and achievements while in the University of Law, Thanh Truc has joined Phuoc and Partners as an intern since February 2019 and has been promoted to and worked under the Paralegal position since the end of 2019. She is in charge of cases related to labour and employment and commercial law for a variety of domestic and international companies. Specifically, in the field of commercial law, Thanh Truc is in charge of the establishment and closure of companies, branches and representative offices, reviewing commercial contracts, and obtaining and adjusting business licenses. Besides, Thanh Truc is also in charge of applying for work permits, advising on necessary procedures for foreign employees to work in Vietnam, reviewing labour contracts, non-disclosure agreements, non-compete agreements and other corporate internal documents and internal policies related to compliance with labour and employment law, consulting on issues related to salaries, benefits and labour discipline for employees in both legal terms and practical application.
During the working period for Phuoc & Partners, regardless of her roles, Thanh Truc has shown a high sense of responsibility and efficiency at work and had a flexible legal mindset to provide the best resolutions for clients’ cases. Besides, Thanh Truc still maintains her passion for writing and scientific research by contributing legal articles published by the Saigon Times Magazines and to the website of Phuoc & Partners. With a good English background and a passionate working spirit, Thanh Truc is confident in bringing professional and dedicated legal service experience to clients.
