Le Thi Minh Thu

Minh Thu is an exceptional Associate at Phuoc & Partners, specialising in labour and employment law. She holds a bachelor’s degree from Ho Chi Minh University of Law in International Law and has completed the Lawyer Course at the Judicial Academy. She is currently working for Phuoc & Partners as a Trainee Lawyer. Minh Thu is efficient in handling clients’ legal matters promptly, and providing exceptional support to lawyers in finding the best legal and practical solutions for clients. During her three years of service, she has participated in many complex labour cases and disputes and assist both domestic and international clients. The labour disputes she has handled include disputes related to unilateral and unlawful termination of labour contracts, salary, and social insurance disputes. She has also led other lawyers in conducting labour due diligence, providing clients with crucial information to review, avoid and mitigate potential legal risks. Her exceptional client care service has earned her high appreciation and trust from clients. Additionally, Minh Thu is fluent in English in all four language skills, which is useful when dealing with cases involving foreign involvement. Finally, Minh Thu is also entrusted with organising legal training sessions, writing projects, and translating books.
