Bui Hoang Tuan

Bui Quang Tuan graduated from Hanoi Law University (High Quality Training Program) with a GPA of 3.55/4.0. During his studying period, Quang Tuan participated in several academic competitions, including Scientific Research, Vietnam CISG Pre-moot 2021 (won the Third Prize), and ALSA International Moot Court. Quang Tuan is also a scholar of Globalized Era Scholarship – a prestigious scholarship for talented law students.

Before joining Phuoc & Partners, Quang Tuan spent 11 months as an intern at Cau Giay People’s Court, working directly under the supervision of the Judge and gained practical knowledge about litigation procedure through attending trials, researching, drafting, and preparing relevant documents.

In July 2022, Quang Tuan joined Phuoc & Partners through the internship and for his diligent work after 06 months, he was promoted to Paralegal in January 2023. Quang Tuan is in charge of cases mostly related to labour & employment, commerce, licensing, contracts, as well as debt collection.
