Nguyen Quynh Tho

Before participating in Phuoc & Partners, Quynh Tho had more than 02 years of internship and worked at Hoang Thu Law Firm as a Paralegal. During such a duration, Quynh Tho had many opportunities to assist lawyers in researching records and providing legal advice in the field of litigation in civil, administrative and criminal cases. At the same time, Quynh Tho represented clients to resolve disputes of marriage and family, real estate, commercial business, and administration and works directly with Courts and the competent State authorities.

Since early 2022, Quynh Tho has joined Phuoc & Partners in the position of Paralegal and continued to make use of her legal experience and skills to support clients in disputes at Court and Commercial Arbitration. In addition, Quynh Tho also participated in conducting legal training courses for multinational corporations operating in the field of Technology and Logistics, providing legal advice in the field of labour and employment, including compliance with labour laws, labour contracts, labour discipline as well as disputes arising from labour relations.
