Nguyen Thi Thanh Ngan

After graduating from the Ho Chi Minh University of Law, Thanh Ngan had 03 years working for NVCS Law Firm as a Paralegal and is holding the position of Senior Paralegal at Phuoc & Partners since May 2021 to now.

With nearly 05 years of working experience, the main clients that Thanh Ngan supports are domestic individuals and businesses, especially foreign investors for legal advice on business establishment/investment projects; reconstruction; sale/dissolution of enterprises and arising legal issues throughout operation of enterprises such as the advising, drafting, reviewing for the conclusion of commercial contracts (for the sale of goods, provision of services, lease/service/design contracts), advising on legal conditions for performing activities related to the business line of the enterprises. Thanh Ngan has also participated in consulting and carrying out procedures to apply for conditional business licenses such as establishing a foreign language centres, and alcohol business license; applying for Apec cards; work permits and temporary residence cards for foreigners, etc.

Labour and employment is also an area in which Thanh Ngan actively operates recently. Thanh Ngan has assisted clients in many cases, including providing legal advice on salaries, working hours, termination of employment contracts, drafting and reviewing internal labour regulations, labour contracts, and internal compliance procedures and is the author of the article “Caution with terminating labour contracts when there is a shortage of orders” was published in the 1 December 2022 issue of the Saigon Economic Review.

Besides, Thanh Ngan is also the authorised representative of client to participate in the settlement of labour disputes and economic contract disputes in Courts.

• Business Administration course at Ho Chi Minh City University of Economics (11/2017 – 03/2018).
• Lawyer Training Course at Ho Chi Minh City Judicial Academy (01/2019 – 10/2020).
